Want a fun way to get your kids active this summer? M&M (Mommy & Me) Bootcamps are just the ticket.
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. toddlers and preschool children will enjoy bootcamp style activities designed to engage and stimulate both the young and young at heart. The class combines Jennifer Cook’s successful “Classical Kids” program (children’s music and motion class) with our LeBoot classes, providing parents with great low impact workout while spending quality time with their children.
From 11:00 a.m. until 11:30 older children 6 and up will enjoy a more athletic conditioning camp. Based on Marc Lebert’s Youth Strength and Conditioning program, older children will pair up with parents and work on strength and agility training that is age appropriate.
M&M Bootcamp classes are included in unlimited memberships. $10.00 drop in rate for non-members. No charge for children with adult.

All fitness levels are welcome in any class, however many classes are specifically geared towards a specific level of fitness including children’s classes and seniors.
